Our super affordable Eco Organic Mattress Topper is available in a 2-inch construction. Choose between a medium feel, using GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex, or a plush feel, using FSC-certified Talalay latex. Both use a GOTS-certified organic cotton cover with a hidden underside zipper. No polyurethane foams or wool are used.

Our popular Eco Organic Topper will change the feel of any mattress without altering its underlying support. It will extend the life of your mattress and deliver new levels of resilience or plush pressure-point relief for aching hips and shoulders — without trapping heat or producing unsafe emissions — far exceeding the performance of any polyurethane foam or memory foam. And because quality matters, our toppers are finished with a GOTS-certified organic cotton cover.
CHOOSE: MEDIUM OR PLUSH
Our Medium firmness topper uses GOLS-certified organic latex with ≥95% certified organic material. It adds comfort for back and stomach sleepers. In contrast, our Plush topper is made with soft FSC®-certified Talalay latex and will make any mattress plusher and more luxurious. Since it is more contouring and alleviates shoulder and hip pain, it is ideal for side and combination sleepers.
BETTER FOR YOU AND THE PLANET
We don't use polyurethane foam or memory foam, which are made from fossil fuels. Instead, we rely on GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex or FSC-certified Talalay latex. Both meet eco-INSTITUT label testing standards for purity and non-toxicity — and have earned the coveted Good Housekeeping Seal.
SAFER EMISSIONS
Our Eco Organic Topper is GREENGUARD Gold Certified and Formaldehyde-Free Claim Verified by UL Environment. It means the topper has been scientifically tested for chemical exposure and pollutants, such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde, and phthalates. Few mattress toppers qualify for both of these gold standards.

We use GOTS-certified organic cotton (CU867637) in a soft, natural color for a luxurious and premium finish. It is made with 95% or more organic material. Our organic cotton, which we use for a gentle, breathable cover, is responsibly and sustainably harvested in India exclusively for us without pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. Our organic cotton meets STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®: Class 1 certification (15.HIN.75800, Hohenstein HTTI), ensuring no harmful substances identified in their standard are present as a result of processing, including banned substances, toxic chemicals, pesticides, and dyes.

GOLS & FSC CERTIFIED LATEX
Our medium-feel Eco Organic Topper is ideal for side, back, and combination sleepers. We craft it with GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex (CU867637) rubber foam from farms in India and Guatemala. Dunlop latex is firmer and offers durable, medium support and reliable pressure relief for the body’s harder bits. It is made from 95% or more organic material. Our plush-feel Eco Organic Topper is perfect for side sleepers and those who need added pressure relief. To deliver more cushioning support, we craft our plush-feel topper with FSC-certified Talalay latex (C156318), which is softer than Dunlop due to its production process. CARE
To protect your Eco Organic Mattress Topper, we recommended an organic mattress protector. Spot clean only with natural cleaners. Do not machine wash. Do not iron or bleach. Dry completely after spot cleaning. Occasional airing will keep it fresh and clean. Rotate and fluff your eco topper to help retain loft.

Try your Eco Organic Mattress Topper for at least 30 days. If it's not right for you, you can request a return and refund within the first 100 nights, according to the terms of our Return Policy. The Eco Organic Topper is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Avocado is always seeking innovative ways to be more sustainable — while never compromising the luxury feel of our products. From materials to manufacturing and shipping, we understand that every small decision contributes to our larger impact. Implementing sustainable, zero-waste practices is essential if we want to make meaningful strides in the fight against climate change. In 2022, by being intentional about our materials and manufacturing, we expanded our production facility footprint from two to five while still increasing the amount of waste we diverted from landfills by 9%, achieving an overall waste diversion rate of 78%.
